新一輪的政改諮詢終於出台，但這個方案無疑是民主的倒退，到底我們是怎樣量度這個方案是進步還是退步呢？

二個原則，四個方向：
原則一：香港市民制訂政策權力有沒有增加？
原則二：選出來的議員是否向七百萬人負責？

方向一：取消功能組別
方向二：就算不能取消也起碼增加功能組別選民人數
方向三：取消分組點票
方向四：減少議員私人草案限制
