何秀蘭議員：在梁先生沒有詳細簡介表格的內容，也沒有給鍾先生一份表格副本，更沒有說明填寫介紹人的作用，和該表格是防止利益衝突的目標，而將鍾先生的名字填上，鍾先生是否同意梁先生向他隱瞞了事實呢？鍾先生認為梁先生有沒有責任向他解釋上述一切內容呢？
